Highline Communications Group LLC ("HCG," "we," "us," or "our") is a Colorado limited liability company that builds and hosts websites and provides digital marketing for small, local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Our core promise: we never sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or any other third party — full stop. We collect only what we need to do our work for you and to run our business honestly. If you ever want to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, just email us. Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or intake form, go through onboarding, or check out, you may give us your name, business name, email, phone, mailing address, and details about the services you want.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly under its own security standards. We do not see or store your full card number. We may keep basic billing records (amount, date, receipt) for accounting.
Website analytics and usage. When you visit our site or a site we host, we (and our providers) may automatically collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links — to keep our sites working, secure, and improving.
Direct-mail prospect information. For outreach to potential clients, we may collect business contact information (business name, mailing address, contact name, phone) from public listings and directories, used only to introduce our services. If you'd prefer not to hear from us, email us and we'll remove you promptly.

What we never do. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers or third parties for their own marketing.
Our sites may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand usage. We aim to keep this privacy-respecting and limited. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and rely on established providers (like Stripe and Netlify) with strong security standards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information and address any issues promptly.
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16 (or under 13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Our websites may link to sites we don't operate or control. This policy doesn't cover those sites, and we're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
